DOE funding for equipment purchases

The DOE is supplying $300k for the purchase of key equipment to strengthen core nuclear capability in the strategic thrust area of instrumentation and measurements. We're going to acquire a laser flash analyzer and a thermal mechanical analyzer (thermal expansion) to gain a broader understanding of material thermophysical properties!
